ARTIST STATEMENT
I am a multidisciplinary artist who explores memory, identity, physicality, and human interaction with space and time.
I am interested in states of silence and unexpressedness—what is hidden behind gestures, color, and form. In my work, I address themes of family ties, emotional and psychological transformations, loss, trauma, and migration, exploring how personal experience shapes our perception of ourselves and the world around us.
I work with photography, collage, drawing, installation, and performance, creating intuitive visual dialogues that combine the documentary with the personal. I am interested in visualizing what is difficult to express in words—presence, traces, internal changes. One of the key elements in my practice is the color red—as a symbol of life, body, pain, tension, vulnerability, and love. It is pulse, emotion, movement.
Living between Ukraine and Poland, I keenly feel the themes of war, loss, and the search for home. My art is a way to hold on to the fragile and fleeting.
