About the workshop

«Create safety around and within yourself. Visualize safety to reproduce it in difficult times. » – such was the task of the workshop. 
At the beginning of the class, Annete Sagal held an introductory relaxation ceremony and talked about collage techniques. Participants worked with their own emotions, and then reflected on the created works.

«Now the people of our country are living in the stress of news of a full-scale russian invasion on Ukraine. This certainly affects our mental health. Having chosen the theme of Safety for my workshop, I wanted to create a safe space where everyone can be free. I think I succeeded. » – Annette comments.
